Community Options Direct Support Professional

Middle-Peninsula Northern Neck Community Services Board is seeking individuals to fill positions within the Community Options program. Anno. #05-10.

Location: Mathews, VA Multiple positions; 2/FT-40 hrs per wk, 1/FT-30 hrs per wk (prorated).

Duties: Provides services to support programs at residential facility. Insure the safety and security of consumers. Provide transportation to and from assigned program locations, and work sites. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 months experience providing direct care, personal assistance, or any combination of training and experience.

Must have valid VA drivers' lic. and acceptable driving record.  Must pass TB test or screen w/in 30 days of hire. Must past drug screening.

Wage: $16,137-$20,800 for FT. Commensurate with education and experience.

Waiver for employees under 6 months of service.
